Another very important aspect that sets Country Road Log Homes apart from others in our industry is our ability to finance our log homes anywhere in the United States.  Many of our competitors gladly sell the log kit and wish the customer “luck” in finding financing.  Their dealers must go “hat in hand” pleading with the local banking or mortgage institutions for help.  Most of these lenders are not familiar with the quality and resale value of any log home.  So, a 70% loan is offered at a rate of 3 or 4 points above market rates.     YOU WILL NEVER NEED TO DO THAT AS A COUNTRY ROAD LOG HOME CUSTOMER.  We can finance at competitive rates.  We can furnish construction and long term financing.  Your loan is personally handled through our office. We can do what other cannot do; such as, We can finance first or second (vacation) homes. We can finance everything the dealer sells. We can finance “spec” homes built by our dealers. We can finance log home villages. We can finance bed and breakfast units. We can finance commercial log structures…like, restaurants, shops, churches, lodges, etc. We have a program to finance golf courses.
