Many of our competitors gladly sell the log kit and wish the customer “luck” in finding financing. Their dealers
must go “hat in hand” pleading with the local banking or mortgage institutions for help. Most of these lenders
are not familiar with the quality and resale value of any log home. So, a 70% loan is offered at a rate of 3 or 4
points above market rates.

is personally handled through our office.
